* Handling time is generally 2-4 business day for all shipments unless the item is on pre-order. Orders received after 10 am Central Standard Time are sometimes not processed until the next business day.
** Occasionally international orders can take as long as 3-4 weeks for delivery to remote destinations such as countries located in Central & South America, Africa & The Middle East. Due to the limitations of our shipping system and of some international carriers, we cannot guarantee international delivery dates.

Shipping Carriers & Services
U.S Orders: Shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA . Most are sent via USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground. Unless specified, our system will automatically choose a carrier when your order is processed depends on the size/weight of your order.
International Orders: All orders are shipped from the US. Our system will automatically choose the fastest and cheapest standard service available. International orders are sent via a wide variety of carriers, and prior to shipping an order, we cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used.
Customs & Duties
Giggles LA is not responsible for any customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Backorders & Preorders
If your order contains an item that is on pre-order or backorder, it may not ship right away or it may be automatically split into multiple shipments.
Why Charge For International Shipping?
We'd love to offer free shipping to everybody. We'd also love to offer shipping discounts to international customers who place big orders, but international shipping is much more costly.
