We want you to love everything you purchase from Giggles LA. If something doesn’t work out, we make returns easy while maintaining our standards for product integrity and boutique service.
🛍️ Returns for In-Store & Online Purchases

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Returns will be issued as store credit only, valid for 1 year.

Items purchased from the Sale section are final sale and not eligible for return.
📦 Online Returns – How It Works
1. Start Your Return
Please email us at [your email address] within 30 days of delivery to begin the return process.
2. Prepare Your Return
An item is eligible for return if it is:

Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

In its original packaging with all tags attached
Include a note inside your return package with your order number and name. No return form is needed.
3. Shipping Your Return

Packages must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

Items returned after 7 days (but within 30 days) will be issued store credit.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable service, as Giggles LA is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
4. Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed after we receive it.

Refunds (when applicable) take 1–3 business days to appear on your original payment method.
💸 High-Value Returns & Restocking

Returns over $250 will be issued as store credit only, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted.
🎁 Gift Returns
Received a gift from Giggles LA?
You may return it for store credit. Please include a note stating it’s a gift return, along with the buyer’s name, order number (if known), and your name + email address.
We will not contact the gift giver — the info simply helps us locate the order.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:
